Brandon Brown is Senior Managing Director, Capital Markets at Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation, with expertise in sourcing debt, mezzanine and equity for all types of commercial properties, including multi-family, office, retail, industrial and self-storage. Additionally, he has built strong relationships with capital sources including local and national banks, life insurance companies, CMBS lenders, agencies, pension funds and private equity firms. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Brown was a Managing Partner at LMI Capital and has over 20 years of experience in financing and real estate transactions.

Mr. Brown holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Texas State University. Mr. Brown is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Mortgage Bankers Association and the National Multi-Housing Council.

Sunny Sajnani is Senior Managing Director, Capital Markets at Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) and has expertise in raising debt and equity capital for commercial real estate projects. Prior to joining MMCC, Mr. Sajnani was a Principal and Director at Metropolitan Capital Advisors (MCA), where he closed multi-billion dollar transactions and facilitated numerous major real estate sales. He began his career at Goldman Sachs, where he focused on structured finance for commercial real estate investment and management.

Since the beginning of his career, Mr. Sajnani has received various distinctions, including the “Minority Business Leader Award” from the Dallas Business Journal. He is a member of ICSC, NTCAR, MBA and UT Austin REFIC. Mr. Sajnani earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
